If you find the idea of a beautiful, hand-painted portrait of your horse, housepet or special places intriguing, the following pages will help give you a painting of the best quality which you will enjoy for years to come.

Note: I love painting and thoroughly enjoy what I do. I try to give you a truly unique portrait that will preserve the beauty and personality of your kids, cats, houses, horses or hounds that you will enjoy for years to come. You must remember that these paintings are not photographs, but my interpretation of the photos you send me. The better the photo, the better the painting. Size, number of animals and complexity determine the prices on my animal commissions. Paintings are matted but not framed unless specifically requested. Prices for framing range from $200 & up.

Prices do NOT include New Jersey State Sales Tax (if applicable) or Packaging & Shipping

All prices quoted are in US Dollars and do not include shipping and handling or 7% New Jersey State Sales Tax (if applicable). All paintings will be shipped within the continental United States via FedEx or UPS ground transportation. Delivery from shipping date will vary from one to ten business days depending you your distance from Sea Isle City, New Jersey. Shipping charges are determined by weight, size and territory and range from $25 up. Overnight and Second Day Air delivery are available at additional charges.

I do not require a deposit, however once you approve the painting, full payment, including shipping & handling and framing must be received before the painting is shipped to you. I do, however, guarantee satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your painting, you may return it within 30 days for a complete refund of your purchase price, less shipping & handling. This has never happened, but should it occur, I retain the right of ownership and can display and/or sell the painting as I see fit. My paintings are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced without my written permission.

Please allow 8 to 16 weeks for completion of your portrait from the time I receive your photos. The time to completion may vary also depending on the complexity of your portrait and the number of commissions on which I am currently working. If you have a special date in mind, birthday, anniversary, etc., please let me know and I will do my best to get it to you on time. If the portrait is a surprise gift and you are unable to get a good photo to me beforehand without giving away the surprise, then I have gift certificates available.

During the busy holiday seasons, it is best to allow extra time for completion and delivery of your portrait. I start taking orders for Christmas, for example, in July and August. The deadline for Christmas orders is November 15th. I must have the photos in hand by this date in order to insure delivery in time for the holidays. After November 15th, you may want to consider a gift certificate.
